WHERE IS IT?

4 Mawgan Bay View (previously known as Bentley Sands) is a luxury coastal property on a brand new development, proudly overlooking the magnificent Mawgan Porth beach and Atlantic Ocean.

In under a five-minute walk, you'll find yourself on Mawgan Porth's golden sand and at the village centre with its perfectly formed mix of cafes, restaurants, pub, surf shops and surf school.

While it's tempting not to use your car during your stay, Watergate Bay and Newquay are all within a few miles drive to the west, while Padstow and the beaches at Porthcothan, Harlyn Bay and Trevone are nearby to the east. For the more energetic, the South West Coast Path is nearby is 200 metres away, perfect for coastal running or an afternoon ramble with the family. Follow the path left to reach Watergate Bay and Fistral, and right to visit the enchanting Bedruthan Steps.

INSIDE:

  • A three bedroom house beautifully interior designed by local designer Nicola O'Mara.
  • Stunning Scandinavian style interiors with pretty colour palettes, cozy accents and striking furnishings.
  • Open plan upstairs living space featuring a vaulted ceiling, large bifold doors leading onto the large balcony, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and feature lighting.
  • Lounge with a comfortable three seater chaise lounge sofa, two stylish chairs, large wooden coffee table, Bluetooth speaker for music, TV and Netflix.
  • Large dining table seating eight guests with four chairs and a wooden bench.
  • Kitchen with NEFF slide and glide electric oven and grill, induction hob, separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
  • Wi-fi.

SLEEPING:

  • Three bedrooms located on the ground floor.
  • Master bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, chair and double doors leading out to the front.  
  • Luxurious en-suite with rain fall shower, extra shower head, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
  • Second bedroom with super king size zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), double doors leading out to the rear garden, chest of drawers, bedside table, chair and clothing hooks.
  • Third bedroom with superking size zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), bedside table, lamp, chair, chest of drawers and clothing hooks.
  • Family shower room on the ground floor with rainfall showed, extra shower head, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
  • Separate WC with wash basin and heated towel rail on the first floor.

OUTSIDE:

  • Balcony accessible from the lounge with a coffee table, seating for four guests and a comfortable hanging egg swing, perfect for relaxing with a book on a sunny afternoon.
  • Rear garden.
  • Outside hot shower for washing off sandy shoes and paws. Please note external access to surf shower is through the neighbours gate.
  • Two allocated parking spaces at the front of the development.

Need To Know:

  • One small well behaved dog welcome (additional charge applies).
  • Sorry no children under 4 years old.
  • Caution - the path from the car park to the property is flanked by a low wall and a 20 foot drop on the other side. Children and pets should be supervised at all times.
  • Access to 4 Mawgan Bay View is through the garden of the property next door.
  • Please note stairgates cannot be used in this property.
  • Sorry, no smoking in the property or anywhere on the premises.
  • Refundable damage deposit of £350, due with full balance.
  • Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
