WHERE IS IT?

Sandy Toes is part of The Beach, a contemporary development perched high on the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Porthtowan beach. Guests can enjoy the private footpath that leads directly onto the golden sand below.

Porthtowan sits at the foot of high cliffs on north Cornwall's rugged coast. The village has a lovely relaxed, off-the-beaten-path feel, with a very pretty sandy beach backed by cliffs. There's a handful of cafes, pubs and restaurants, plus surf hire and lessons and great walks to neighbouring beaches along the coast path to keep you busy.

The beautiful St Agnes is accessible by foot on the South West Coast Path or a short drive away. Here you will also find plenty of places to eat out and enjoy an evening tipple on the beach.  

INSIDE:

  • A beautifully finished ground floor apartment with cool coastal interiors to the highest standard.
  • Almost full-width windows which include patio doors onto a large balcony, providing stunning sea views.
  • Tucked away in an almost traffic-free location.

SLEEPING:

  • Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, two floor-to-ceiling windows with sea views, bedside tables, lamps, full mirror and radio.
  • En-suite shower room with large rain shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
  • Zip & link twin bedroom (can be made into king size) with floor-to-ceiling windows, fantastic sea views, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe, full-height mirror and radio.
  • Family bathroom with a deep bath, over the bath shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

OUTSIDE:

  • Balcony with seating for four guests, coffee table and fantastic views over the bay. Perfect for a lazy afternoon watching the surfers.
  • Generous gravel courtyard to the side of the property with seating for four guests, perfect for al-fresco dining and watching the world go by.
  • Gas Weber BBQ
  • Designated off road parking for one car.
  • Secure surf store for boards, beach toys etc.
  • Communal outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach.

NEED TO KNOW:

  • Please note, Sandy Toes is accessed from the carpark down 63 steps, so may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
  • 1 well behaved dog welcome (additional charge applies).
  • Please note that there is a seasonal dog ban from 10am and 6pm from 15th May until 30th September on Porthtowan Beach.
  • Sorry, no smoking within the property.
  • Refundable damage deposit of £250, due with full balance.
  • Short breaks available after October half term and before May (excluding half terms and school holidays).
  • Book a 3 or 5 night break and get an extra 2 nights free. This offer is only available after October half-term and before Easter, excluding school holidays. Only available to book by telephone on 01637 861005.
