The gorgeous rural setting, with rolling hills, peaceful seclusion and period character - all within a fifteen minute walk of Perranporth's three mile stretch of sand.
Just over 1 km (approximately 15 minutes and almost traffic-free) along a quiet lane that winds through the countryside to the sand dunes at Perranporth.
Perranporth is located mid-way along the north coast of Cornwall and has one of the county's longest beaches with three miles of sand at low tide. The village centre that backs onto the beach is a classic seaside mix of cafes, shops, restaurants and ice cream parlours, with a golf course, tennis club and surf school.
The resort's central position within Cornwall means it's easy to explore the rest of the county; whether you venture south towards Land's End or north to The Eden Project, Cornwall's key attractions are all easily within an hour's drive.

Lovely peaceful location with a great garden. Comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen. The Summer House was an added bonus.

Really lovely cosy cottage. Fully equipped with all the necessary holiday essentials including a few little extras which was a special touch. Fabulous location with great views and a lovely walk down to the beach. Lovely welcome from our hosts who did everything they could to make us feel at home. Highly recommended. The whole booking process was really easy.

A lovely little annexe to a Country Manor, about a 15 min walk into Perranporth and well placed for visiting other other areas. Good facilities and a lovely sea view from the decking and Summer House. Ideal for dog owners.

Sunset views are not to be missed. Nice decking area when weather is great to sit out & watch the sunsets, or watch from lounge. Cosy property, nice and quiet. Enjoyed watching the horses in the fields. Can walk to beach & great that property is dog friendly.
