This penthouse 26 Dunes, is a third floor apartment that sits directly on Perranporth beach in a prime position with panoramic sea views.

The village centre, which backs onto the beach, is a classic seaside mix of cafes, shops, restaurants and ice cream parlours, tennis club and surf school. Perranporth golf club was recently voted Cornwall's 4th top club.

Perranporth's central position within Cornwall means it's easy to explore the rest of the county; whether you venture south towards Land's End or north to Watergate Bay, Fistral, Mawgan Porth and Padstow.
