WHERE IS IT?

Perranporth is located mid-way along the north coast of Cornwall and has one of the county's longest beaches with three miles of sand at low tide. The village centre that backs onto the beach is a classic seaside mix of cafes, shops, restaurants and ice cream parlours, with a golf course, tennis club and surf school. Perranporth Golf Club was recently voted Cornwall's 4th top club and features in the UK's top 100.

The resort's central position within Cornwall means it's easy to explore the rest of the county; whether you venture south towards Land's End or north to Watergate Bay, Fistral, Mawgan Porth and Padstow.

INSIDE:

  • The spacious living area comprises of a three seater sofa, four seater sofa, 43-inch TV, coffee table, floor to ceiling windows and patio doors opening onto the balcony with uninterrupted sea views.
  • Dining area with a beautiful wooden table and eight Eames style chairs.
  • Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, single electric oven, grill, microwave, tall fridge-freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, Sage coffee machine, breakfast bar and four wooden stools.
  • A second balcony accessible from the kitchen with Perranporth town views in the distance.
  • Utility cupboard on the first floor with washer/dryer.
  • Underfloor heating throughout.

SLEEPING:

  • Master bedroom on the ground floor a with king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps, mirror, black out curtains, sea views and patio doors leading out to the ground floor terrace.
  • En-suite with large rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash basin, WC and door leading out to the ground floor terrace.
  • Second bedroom on first floor with king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, views across the beach and ocean.
  • En-suite with large rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
  • Third bedroom with king size zip and link bed (can be made into two singles) chest of drawers and lamps.  
  • Fourth bedroom with king size zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), lamps and chest of drawers.
  • Family bathroom with bath and shower over, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

OUTSIDE:

  • Double doors from the master bedroom open onto a  large sea view terrace that leads to a communal lawn area.
  • Designated road parking for one car in front of the garage. Additional parking in local pay and display car parks.
  • Outside tap for washing off sandy boots and paws.
  • Private access to the beach for all The Dunes guests via the footpath at the entrance of the carpark.
  • Communal outside shower.
