Where is it?

Perranporth is a seaside town nestled within the dunes on the north coast of Cornwall. A wide expanse of sand, popular with surfers backed by restaurants, pubs and everything you need without having to get in the car. If you need to pop to the shops for a pint of milk or fancy a bottle of wine to relax with in the evening, the convenience shops are a 50 metres stroll down to the village centre.

1 Trevose looks out directly over the beach from a commanding position. Occupying the ground floor of a Victorian house, close to all the amenities or Perranporth centre.

  • Beautiful ground floor Victorian apartment with two bedrooms.
  • Sea and beach views from the living room and bedroom one.
  • High ceilings and a sense of space and calm throughout.
  • Living room with a sea and beach view, Victorian open fireplace leading to the open plan living dining and kitchen space. Two chairs positioned to look out of the window across to the beach, along with two comfy sofas for watching the flatscreen TV.

  • Kitchen features a Rangemaster oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and dishwasher.
  • Colourful stained glass door entrance with original mosaic tiles in the porch.

Sleeping:

  • Bedroom one with sleigh king-sized bed with original Victorian fireplace and features, plus bay window with chairs overlooking the beach and chess set.
  • Bedroom two with zip and link bed (twins or king).
  • Double sofa bed in the living room.
  • Family bathroom with w.c., basin and bath with overhead shower.
  • Second, separate w.c. with basin.

Outside:

  • Utility room at the rear of the apartment with sink, iron, ironing board, hoover, washer/dryer and fridge freezer.
  • Front garden with steps leading to the apartment and sea views.
  • Table tennis in the courtyard.
  • To the rear a private courtyard area leading to an enclosed garden.
  • Allocated off-road parking for two cars.

Need to know:

  • Two dogs welcome (additional charge applies).
  • Please note this property is accessed via several steps, please check with the reservation team if you have any questions regarding access.
  • No smoking within the property.
  • Refundable damage deposit of £200, due with full balance.
  • Short breaks available outside of school holidays.

  • 1 Trevose is a superb property with breathtaking views overlooking the sea and Perranporth beach. . We all had a wonderful holiday by the beach and found the location to be perfect for us all to access the town and beach on foot.The town is very quaint as you would expect from a seaside location with lots of lovely independent shops, cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops, gift shops, supermarket, bars etc including 'The Watering Hole' which is incredibly well located on the beach. The dolphin cafe at the bottom of the road provides a fantastic all day breakfast if you don't fancy cooking!

  • Perfect! We don't need to look anywhere else for future visits to the area. The apartment is very well furnished, comfortable, in a superb position overlooking the beach and has enough kitchen equipment etc. There was milk in the fridge on arrival plus teabag/coffee/sugar sachets(essential sign of a good rental in our book), washing up supplies including dishwasher tablets, loo roll etc all there so your holiday can start without the normal rush to the supermarket. Highly recommend.

  • This was our second stay here and we will stay again. The property has prime view over Perranporth beach. It is furnished superbly with high quality furniture and is very well equipped. There's even a piano! We've stayed in many holiday lets and there aren't many we'd return to, this is our top pick. There's milk in the fridge when you arrive, teabags, fresh coffee and biscuits (all Cornish of course).
