Where is it?
Seavista is a two bedroomed upside-down living retreat to maximise views across Porth beach and the headland.
When children draw a seaside scene, they draw Porth. Streams, rockpools and caves beg to be explored, whilst a sweep of beach provides ample terrain for sandcastle building and sand-fairy making. Families, adventurers and explorers of all ages will lose hour after happy hour here.
A narrow wooden footbridge leads to Porth Island, a headland full of history. Watch in awe at mid tide, particularly on windy days, as the blow hole shoots rainbow sprays of water. Embrace the theatre of Porth Island any time of day or all year round, just wrap up warm and bring a camera to capture dramatic sunrises and storms alike.
Back down on the beach, melted strawberry ice cream drips down sides of candy cones and sizzling tapas is served at Porth's beachside eateries. Once you've soaked up the Porth scene, try heading towards Newquay's bays, up the coast path to Whipsiderry and Watergate, or towards the rolling cliffs of Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps. -
The Property
- Open plan living, dining and kitchen space on the first floor.
- Living space features a large three seater sofa and two seater sofa bed, 47 inch Smart TV, DAB Radio, amplifier, and sliding patio doors with views over the ocean and countryside.
- Dining space with large oak table and six chairs.
- Kitchen with double electric oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
- Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sleeping:
- Master bedroom on the ground floor with views out to the garden, with superking zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and ensuite.
- Ensuite includes walk in shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
- Second bedroom on the ground floor with superking zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), chest of drawers and two bedside tables.
- Family bathroom on the ground floor with bath and shower overhead, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
Outside:
- Upstairs balcony with views over Porth beach, the perfect spot for a morning coffee.
- Enclosed garden with table and chairs for six.
- Surf store to the rear.
- One designated off-street parking space.

Need to Know
- One large or two small dogs allowed (additional charge applies).
- Please note that as with many thriving holiday locations there may be intermittent building works in the local area. We understand the closest current development to the property is well under way and the most disruptive exterior works are already complete, therefore its proximity is unlikely to affect your stay. If you require any further information please contact the reservations team for the most recent update.
- No smoking within the property.
- Please note there is a Ring doorbell at the property, however it isn't currently in use.
- Cautionary deposit of £300, due with full balance.
- Please note that there is a seasonal dog ban between 10am and 6pm from 1 July to 31 August on Porth Beach
- Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
