Electricians, plumbers, TV engineers, locksmiths: a trusted network of skilled tradespeople supports our in-house maintenance team. Whether it’s a hairdryer that won’t work or a broken door, we’re quick and efficient at replacements and repairs.
Ensuring minimal disruption to your guests during their holiday, our team always acts discretely. Even outside of peak periods, we’re proactive at maintaining your property inside and out, from decorating and carpet cleaning to power washing and landscape gardening.
We’re also on hand to arrange ad-hoc services for you: think tree pruning, window cleaning, hot tub servicing. Keen to install new features or carry out interiors improvements? Leaf through our little black book of local tradespeople to get the job done right.
Guest safety is at the heart of our service. We’ll carry out regular checks on smoke alarms, CO2 alarms and fire extinguishers – ensuring everything is in excellent working order. No guests for a week? No problem. We’ll conduct weekly checks of your retreat when it’s vacant (often required by your insurer) – guaranteeing your place is spotless, safe and secure all year round.
We’ll make sure you’re up to date with current legislation for holiday home, including:
• Fire safety and risk assessments.
• Annual PAT testing.
• EICR certificates every five years.
• Gas safety certificates where relevant.
