Where is it?
The Lighthouse is an end of terrace four bedroomed seafront retreat with incredible views of Widemouth Bay. It is part of a brand-new development, The Lookout: five innovative eco-homes directly on the Widemouth Bay coastline. Each Lookout retreat is designed to blend seamlessly into the surrounding rural environment, harmonising with the natural ebb and flow of the coastline. - The Lighthouse is so close to the beach that you can jump from bed to board, walking barefoot in your wetsuit to the sand for a morning surf. Check the swell without even leaving your retreat, with sea views from almost every room.
- The location couldn’t be any better. You’ll be staying directly on the beach, where you can pop back during a day in the waves to grab lunch from the kitchen. You’re seconds from great local facilities, including a surf hire directly next door and a beach café for brunching, lunching and coffee fixes all day long. Plus, direct access to the coast path seconds from your front door means you can walk for miles.

The area:
Widemouth Bay is a long unspoilt stretch of sandy beach and craggy cliffs that is all about a sense of space, a 'big sky' feel and an endless horizon. In Cornwall's northern corner near the coastal town of Bude, this stretch of coastline is known for its great surf and watersports opportunities. With lifeguard cover throughout the summer season, Widemouth is a great spot for beginners and more seasoned surfers alike. The bay has a relaxed vibe, with a handful of pubs and cafes and friendly locals. It’s also the dream destination for those wanting to get away from it all, with plenty of rural beauty, countryside and coast path for miles either side.
Less than 3 miles away, Bude has plenty of restaurants and a wide range of shops, from essential supermarkets to surf and lifestyle stores. If you're looking for some adrenaline-fuelled fun, there are all kinds of activities on offer nearby, including coasteering, surf, windsurf and kitesurf lessons, stand up paddleboarding, bike hire, canoeing and kayaking. -

- A four bedroomed, four bathroomed retreat with spacious interiors and plenty of natural light.
- The property is over 2 floors however the bedroom levels are slightly staggered with several steps down to the bedrooms.
- Upstairs large living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area and WC, with two sets of doors leading out to a large balcony (12m) with sea views.
- Travel cot and highchair available.
- Underfloor heating throughout.
Sleeping:
- Ground floor master bedroom with sea view and en suite luxurious bathroom with separate shower, WC, basin and heated rail, door outside to the courtyard.
- Second ground floor bedroom with sea view, en suite shower, WC, heated rail and basin, door outside to the courtyard.
- Third ground floor bedroom with en suite shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
