Down the winding footpath through landscaped gardens, across the road and head down the slipway.


Where Is It?

Watergate Bay is one of Cornwall's most contemporary destinations, with exceptional facilities including the Extreme Academy which offers a great range of adrenaline sports, the Jamie Oliver inspired restaurant, Fifteen Cornwall, great lifestyle shopping and the legendary Beach Hut. Throughout the year, a wide range of events are held in the bay, from surf competitions to beach polo as well as family fun days. The beach is famous for its sheer size and grandeur with almost three miles of perfect sand at low tide.

  • Three bedroom, first floor apartment to sleep up to eight people.
  • Coastal luxury at its most gorgeous, spacious, light and beautifully styled by one of Cornwall's leading interior designers.
  • Not one but TWO private balconies, both with incredible views down the valley, across the bay and out to sea.
  • The generous living area has great ocean views.
  • Open plan living area with big bay window incorporating patio doors opening up to a private balcony with views over the gardens, hills and out to sea.
  • Widescreen television, Sky+ HD, DVD player and WiFi.
  • Cosy contemporary 'living flame' style fire.
  • Dining area with table and seating for eight and patio doors opening onto the second large, furnished, sea view balcony, also with dining space for eight. A beautiful sheltered sun trap.
  • Kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, ceramic induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave oven and Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother.
  • Iron, ironing board, high chair, travel cot, hairdryer and selection of books and DVD's.
  • Entrance hallway with large storage cupboard housing a washer/dryer.
  • Underfloor heating throughout.

Sleeping:

  • Master bedroom with king size four poster bed, wall-mounted television, large built-in wardrobe and fantastic views.
  • Ensuite shower room with large rainfall shower enclosure, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
  • Double bedroom with zip-and-link bed which can be used as twin or super king size bed, wall-mounted television and  amazing views.
  • Further twin bedroom with two full size single beds and wall-mounted television. The truckle bed can be stored away to make room for a travel cot. Black out blind and curtains.
  • Cleverly designed sofa converts to a comfortable double bed for sleeping flexibility.
  • Family bathroom with rainfall shower over the bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Outside:

  • Two private, sea view balconies.
  • Extensive landscaped communal gardens of about an acre (for use of guests to the Whitehouse only) including lawns, seating areas and a barbecue area plus a private footpath to the beach.
  • Designated parking for one car plus unallocated guest parking.
  • Communal surf shower to rinse off in after a day at the beach.
  • Secure surf/beach kit storage.

Need To Know:

  • Please note there is no lift in this development.
  • The building is protected by secure video entry system at main gate and front door.
  • One small to medium, well behaved dog welcome (additional charge applies).
  • Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
  • No smoking within the property or anywhere on the premises.
  • Refundable damage deposit of £150, due with full balance.
  • Book a 3 or 5 night break and get an extra 2 nights free. This offer is only available after October half-term and before Easter, excluding school holidays. Only available to book by telephone on 01637 861005.
  • Please note the Boardmasters music festival takes place in Watergate Bay in early August every year. Please check with our reservations team for the exact dates and the noise levels before booking.
