Where is it?
Sea Dragon is a detached four bedroom retreat in the pretty village of Trevone, with a picturesque, away-from-the-crowds beach.
Flanked by high sea cliffs, Trevone Bay is a more peaceful stretch of coast. The coastal village is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with stunning cliff path walks.
Trevone is a quieter destination perfect for families, surfers and walkers alike. Set out on wildflower-strewn clifftops with many routes for hiking, including spots to cool off in the water and tuck into a picnic. The beach is sheltered by rugged cliffs with rocky outcrops, which plunge into the Atlantic ocean. The soft, fine sand and sheltered alcoves are perfect for stretching out and soaking-up the sea views. With often gentle swells, the lifeguard patrolled beach is safe for swimming and paddling in the shallows. Nearby you'll find a sea pool between Trevone and Harlyn Bay, revealed at low tide.
Trevone is part of Cornwall’s ‘Seven Bays’, an assortment of beaches in the area each with its own character and connected by picturesque coastal paths.
The area is a walker’s paradise – stretch your legs on a hike to th Harlyn Bay, where you can enjoy a surf lesson, pizza or pop-up sauna, or find the more peaceful sands of Treyarnon and Porthcothan. The famous foodie village of Padstow is also within easy reach, where you can dine in the Rick Stein restaurant of your choice. -

- Living space with three sofas, pouffe, coffee table, 32 inch TV, Swedish Jotul log burner and bi-folding doors to the pretty garden.
- Separate dining room with wooden table and eight chairs, gas feature fire.
- Fully equipped kitchen with double oven, gas hob, fridge freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, milk frother, central island with three stools, Bluetooth Megaboom speaker and Sonos speaker.
- Separate utility room on the ground floor with washer/dryer and mini fridge.
- Travel cot and highchair available.

- Master bedroom on the first floor with superking size bed, built in wardrobe, dresser, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and sea views. Separate dressing room/office space with two-seater sofa and a desk.
- Master ensuite with bath, single shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
- Second bedroom on the first floor with king size bed, freestanding wardrobe, dresser, two bedside tables, Juliette balcony.
- Third bedroom on the first floor with twin 3 foot wide beds, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, Juliette balcony.
- Fourth bedroom on the ground floor with double bed, hanging rail, dresser, two bedside tables, 32 inch TV.
- Two family bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor, with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
Outside:
- Pretty private garden with plants and cosy seating areas. Features a covered veranda with fairy lights, garden swing set, outdoor dining table, Weber charcoal kettle BBQ (available May - September, to be used on the slate provided). The perfect space for summer evenings
- Private parking on the drive for 2-3 cars, with EV charger.

"We were so happy to have been able to enjoy a lovely stay at sea dragon in Trevone.
There was easy parking when we arrived. When we got through the front door we all felt really impressed. It was wonderfully presented - modern, tastefully decorated and homely. Had everything we needed. Lovely kitchen and there was a really nice welcome cream tea along with bread, juice and milk in the fridge - a really lovely touch that made it extra special here!
Was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Master room had its own wonderful sitting room attached with views of the sea. All beds really comfortable with lovely linen and towels provided. There was a small garden with a seating area under cover which would make a wonderful outdoor dining area in the summer!
Location was good. A short downhill walk to the beach (5mins) and nice cliff top walks to Harlyn bay or the other way to Padstow.. If you book here you will not be disappointed!

"Beautiful, clean, warm, comfortable house, with a well equipped kitchen, plus games and books for inclement weather. We especially enjoyed the upstairs sofa area over looking the sea. Lovely welcome cream tea and a variety of drinks on arrival, plus useful dishwasher tabs provided etc. Great position, in walking distance of the beach and swimming, rock pool."
