WHERE IS IT?

Gooden Heane is somewhat special, brand new for 2020, perched on the cliffs above Portreath beach and secluded coves. Guests can walk down to the beach and village in just 10 minutes and find a mix of soft sand and shingle; with a perfect mix of surf shops, surf school, cafe, restaurants, bakery, village convenience store.

Bissoe Bike Trail is nearby, with bike hire available at The Hub Cafe. Guests will also enjoy Gwel an Mor 800 metres away with its spa, restaurant and 9 hole golf course.

While it's tempting not to use your car during your stay, Porthtowan, Gwithian, Godrevy, Truro and St Agnes are within a few miles drive away, with St Ives and Perranporth a little further afield.

  • A stunning property positioned on its own on a cliff top with a unique and contemporary design, sleeping eight guests.
  • Floor to ceiling windows throughout offering uninterrupted sea views.
  • Furnished to the highest standard, the property consists of three bedrooms on the ground floor: a super king zip and link bedroom, 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the snug.  
  • Large open plan kitchen and diner on the first floor with kitchen island, breakfast bar and doors leading out to a spacious patio, perfect for alfresco dining. The patio leads directly into the garden.
  • Separate living room with log burner, floor to ceiling windows, breathtaking sea views and doors leading out to the second patio and garden.
  • Extensive, full enclosed gardens that wrap around the property. Pets and children must be supervised due to cliff edge on the other side of the fence.
  • WiFi and plenty of parking for up to 5+ cars.

  • Two well behaved dogs allowed.

  • Refundable damage deposit of £500, due with full balance.
  • Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
