Where is it?
Gwel Teg is a modern, four bedroom property, on a quiet road just footsteps from the sheltered sands of Porth beach.
When children draw a seaside scene, they draw Porth. Streams, rockpools and caves beg to be explored, whilst a sweep of beach provides ample terrain for sandcastle building and sand-fairy making. Families, adventurers and explorers of all ages will lose hour after happy hour here.
A narrow wooden footbridge leads to Porth Island, a headland full of history. Watch in awe at mid tide, particularly on windy days, as the blow hole shoots rainbow sprays of water. Embrace the theatre of Porth Island any time of day or all year round, just wrap up warm and bring a camera to capture dramatic sunrises and storms alike.
Back down on the beach, melted strawberry ice cream drips down sides of candy cones and sizzling tapas is served at Porth's beachside eateries. Once you've soaked up the Porth scene, try heading towards Newquay's bays, up the coast path to Whipsiderry and Watergate, or towards the rolling cliffs of Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps. -

- Well equipped kitchen space features a gas hob, double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast bar.
- Large games/ media room on the ground floor with a large sofa and bean bags, PS4, DVD player and a 75 inch smart TV with Netflix, perfect for family movie nights or gaming. Also features a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed to accommodate up to three extra guests.
- Utility room on the ground floor with washing machine, tumble dryer and basin.
- High speed fibre optic broadband with WiFi throughout the property.
- Travel cot and highchair available.

Sleeping:
- This retreat sleeps up to twelve guests across four bedrooms.
- Master bedroom on the second floor with a king size bed, TV, freestanding wardrobe, sea glimpse and an ensuite with walk in shower, WC and basin.
- Second bedroom on the second floor with a king size bed, side tables and built in wardrobes.
- Third bedroom on the second floor with a chalet style bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top).
- Fourth room on the ground floor with a chalet style bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top), dresser and desk with two chairs. Please note there are no windows in this room.
- Garage converted into a games room with a double sofa bed and single sofa bed which can be used for alternate sleeping arrangements.
- Family bathroom on the second floor featuring a bath, WC and basin.
- Family wet room on the ground floor featuring a walk in shower and WC.
Outside:
- Large wrap around balcony featuring a table and sofa chair, additional sofa and two armchairs, two sun loungers and hot tub, the perfect space for evenings spent eating, drinking and playing in the summer sun or reclining in the bubbles under the stars.

"We had an amazing stay at Gwel Teg, the house is stunning, beautifully done out, very spacious and well equipped. The games room was a great feature, the children loved it. The house is situated on a quiet lane, only a short 2 minute walk to the beach, a perfect location. We couldn't fault our stay, the family loved it. We would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay.
