Where is it?

Situated in the coastal village of Holywell Bay, 7 The Rocks is a new-build contemporary house over three levels. The house is part of a small gated development, down a side road away from the centre thus providing peace and quiet, yet easy access into the village and beach.

Holywell Bay is a wide beach on the north Cornwall coast, flanked by rolling sand dunes. The open space is popular with surfers, bodyboarders, families and walkers. Catch a morning wave, stroll across the sand, or relax with a beach barbecue, while the kids play in the stream.

On the beach, you can explore the fascinating grotto-like Holywell Cave with its calcium deposits, and at low tide, discover an old Argentinian coaster just offshore. At high tide, wander the sand dunes, some of which are 60 feet in height, and find the perfect spot for a picnic. The dunes also provide a romantic setting to watch the sun go down and featured as a backdrop for Poldark as well as for James Bond: Live and Let Die.
