Where is it?
Dolphins is a contemporary and exclusive property situated in a private beach road, the sand just at the bottom of your garden. Stride out along the seawall, paddle in the shallows, find a sunny spot for a lazy afternoon lounge. The south coast shelter of Downderry is perfect for families, walkers and explorers of all kinds due to its inviting coastline and peaceful beaches.
Walk from the village slipway across to Downderry's sister beach Seaton and back, watch the fisherman casting lines and drawing fresh fish from the water or be lured into one of the village's gastropubs or eateries for a sundowner. A steaming bowl of mussels and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc? It'd be rude not to.
When the southerly swells are firing and the winds are right, Downderry is a less populated spot to catch a wave and popular with local surfers. This stretch of coast also plays home to many more bays waiting to be discovered, including Portwrinkle, Millendreath and Talland.

- Utility area with a washing machine, dryer and separate WC.
- Second fridge/ freezer in the summerhouse.

Need to Know
- Two well behaved dogs welcome (additional charge applies).
- Sorry no smoking inside the property.
- Cautionary deposit of £500, due with full balance.
- Short breaks of four nights or more accepted.
- Please be mindful of children when walking down the steps to the beach.
- Please note the property has a ring doorbell camera for security at the front of the property and a camera at the rear covering the back garden towards the garden gate. Please be aware the cameras will activate if the doorbell is pressed or motion is detected.
