Once you sign the letting contract, the team will quickly add your property to the coming soon page of our website, to start drumming up interest and anticipation. Here guests can register to be the first to know when your holiday let is available to book.
The team will also help you with:
- An accurate rental projection based on the rates and occupancy we are achieving in the portfolio, as well as local competition.
- Property details including configuration and décor, furnishings, outside areas, kitchenware and equipment – everything to ensure guests will be delighted during their stay.
- Health and safety, with specific support on glass furniture, outside drops and safety, hot tubs, swimming pools and saunas.
