We strive to create that ‘first person ever to stay‘ feel when a guest walks through the door. We don’t use agencies or outsource our changeovers and cleaning. Our housekeeping staff are employed and trained by Beach Retreats, ensuring we can maintain rigorous standards. Your property will be assigned a dedicated housekeeping team and property supervisor, who will get to know your property inside and out.
Once the changeover is complete, our team will carry out a thorough pre-arrival check, so you can rest assured that the key will be in the key safe, the windows and doors are locked, the heating is set correctly, the towels are fluffy and a welcome pack is waiting.
Guest satisfaction and safety are at the heart of our service. We carry out checks on smoke alarms, CO2 alarms and fire extinguishers, and ensure that first aid kits, torches, bulbs and batteries are in good working order.
In addition to standard changeover cleans, we provide mid-stay cleans for longer stays and deep cleans over the winter. We also conduct weekly checks of your property when it is vacant (often required by your insurer).

The morning after they’ve settled into their Beach Retreat, we check-in to see if everything is up to scratch and that they have everything they need for the perfect holiday. If anything should go wrong during their stay, we have a 24/7 emergency contact number, so we can swiftly and efficiently rectify any problems – from broadband glitches to broken appliances.
Finally, following their stay, we ask for feedback on the property cleanliness, condition and services, so we can keep meeting – and exceeding – guests’ expectations, time and time again.
