Hayle Harbour

North Quay gives immediate pedestrian access to a three-mile expanse of golden sandy beach, stretching from Hayle Towans across to Godrevy Point. Popular with surfers, wind surfers and beach goers, this stunning location is a mecca for watersports enthusiasts which will be supported by a new watersports centre located on the quay. For those that like to keep their feet dry, the rolling sand dunes raised above the beach provide beautiful coastal walks with views across St Ives Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse.

The development includes plans for a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bed luxury homes, as well as a good selection of retails units, pedestrian friendly streets, additional parking and an open square that will host public events throughout the year. The existing mooring will be expanded to retain a working harbour, with the option for boat owners to purchase a mooring right on the quayside.

Phase 1 of the development is currently under construction and is due for completion by Spring 2021. Once completed, North Quay will be a destination for everyone to enjoy, whether you live locally or are staying nearby. Catch up with friends over a morning brew, browse the shops for local products or take an evening stroll along the dunes to watch the sun set over the sea.
