The Bay development is quite literally on the beach. This selection of sleek seafront apartments perfectly blend privacy and comfort with proximity to the shore, featuring large glass windows which look directly out to the ocean. If you want to escape the mid day sun, a cup of tea in your apartment means you can still watch the ferry regularly come in and out of the bay. With The Bay restaurant and bar directly downstairs, morning coffee and sundowners by the sea await.
Tucked into the Rame Peninsula, Cawsand is an adorable fishing village and beach, known as a hidden gem on Cornwall’s south coast. On the shingly-sand beach, swimmers and paddleboarders glide through glassy water, gulls perch on tide-smoothed rocks and gentle waves lap on the shore.
Amble the short distance to Kingsand beach right next door, or for the more energetic, the high cliffs and stretching sands of Whitsand Bay are just over five miles away along the South West Coast Path. Leave the car behind and hop aboard the Cawsand Ferry from the beach, listening to the clang of anchors and the squawk of seagulls as the boat chugs across to the Cornwall-Devon border to Plymouth, where the city’s restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shops await. The ferry runs from Easter until the last Sunday in October.
