Where is it?
The Beach Haven is a modern, four bedroom property, on a quiet road just footsteps from the sheltered sands of Porth beach.
When children draw a seaside scene, they draw Porth. Streams, rockpools and caves beg to be explored, whilst a sweep of beach provides ample terrain for sandcastle building and sand-fairy making. Families, adventurers and explorers of all ages will lose hour after happy hour here.
A narrow wooden footbridge leads to Porth Island, a headland full of history. Watch in awe at mid tide, particularly on windy days, as the blow hole shoots rainbow sprays of water. Embrace the theatre of Porth Island any time of day or all year round, just wrap up warm and bring a camera to capture dramatic sunrises and storms alike.
Back down on the beach, melted strawberry ice cream drips down sides of candy cones and sizzling tapas is served at Porth's beachside eateries. Once you've soaked up the Porth scene, try heading towards Newquay's bays, up the coast path to Whipsiderry and Watergate, or towards the rolling cliffs of Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps. -

- Well equipped kitchen space features a gas hob, double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast bar.
- Large games/ media room on the ground floor with a large sofa and bean bags, PS4, DVD player and a 75 inch smart TV with Netflix, perfect for family movie nights or gaming. Also features a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed to accommodate up to three extra guests.
- Utility room on the ground floor with washing machine, tumble dryer and basin.
- High speed fibre optic broadband with WiFi throughout the property.
- Travel cot and highchair available.
- Underfloor heating throughout.
Sleeping:
- This retreat sleeps up to twelve guests across four bedrooms.
- Master bedroom on the second floor with a king size bed, TV, freestanding wardrobe, sea glimpse and an ensuite with walk in shower, WC and basin.
- Second bedroom on the second floor with a king size bed, side tables and built in wardrobes.
- Third bedroom on the second floor with a chalet style bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top).
- Fourth room on the ground floor with a chalet style bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top), dresser and desk with two chairs. Please note there are no windows in this room.
- Garage converted into a games room with a double sofa bed and single sofa bed which can be used for alternate sleeping arrangements.
- Family bathroom on the second floor featuring a bath, WC and basin.
- Family wet room on the ground floor featuring a walk in shower and WC.
Outside:
- Large wrap around balcony featuring a table and sofa chair, additional sofa and two armchairs, two sun loungers and hot tub, the perfect space for evenings spent eating, drinking and playing in the summer sun or reclining in the bubbles under the stars.
- Second side patio offering additional recreational and relaxing space.
- Surf store for stowing wetsuits and surf equipment, and hot outdoor shower for rinsing sandy toes after a day on the beach.
- Parking available in front of the property for strictly two vehicles only.

"A beautiful stylish property situated a short walk from the beach. After a long day of exploring you can come back and relax in the hot tub and talk your day through. The main living area is a good social place where you can cook and still be with friends to chat and relax as it is a large open bright space. The games room was ideal for the children as it gave them somewhere to chill and have some me time. Comfortable beds.
Loved the fact that it had 2 parking spaces, a bonus for a Cornwall property.
We all enjoyed this place and would definitely recommend it."
