A level 200 metre stroll along a quiet lane.


Where Is It?

Mawgan Porth is a peaceful haven between Watergate Bay and Padstow, complete with a deli, pub, surf school, takeaway and boutique shops on the edge of the beach.

Inside:

  • Floor to ceiling windows allowing light to flood into the apartment.
  • Uninterrupted views across open countryside.
  • A tucked away position, yet a few minutes from the sand.
  • Open plan living area with patio doors onto the balcony.
  • Television, DVD player, selection of DVD's, freeview, digital radio, CD player, MP3 docking station and WIFI.
  • Dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
  • Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
  • Iron, ironing board, high chair, travel cot and hairdryer.

Sleeping:

  • Master bedroom with king size bed, feature floor to ceiling windows, TV and door onto balcony and views across the countryside.
  • En-suite shower room with shower enclosure, W.C., basin and heated towel rail.
  • Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds.
  • Large family bathroom with bath and shower over, W.C, basin and heated towel rail.

Outside:

  • One designated parking space plus additional guest parking.
  • Private balcony with views over the countryside.
  • Communal lawned area to the back of the property with a washing line.
  • Surfboard/beach gear store

Need To Know:

  • Well behaved dogs welcome.
  • Sorry, no smoking in the property or anywhere on the premises.
  • Cautionary deposit of £50 required when booking.
  • Short breaks available outside of school holidays
  • Book a 3 or 5 night break and get an extra 2 nights free. This offer is only available after October half-term and before Easter, excluding school holidays. Only available to book by telephone on 01637 861005.

  • Our second stay at 5 Moonrakers. And again a week of bliss! Love the view and location. Our dog Max loves the beach walks. We use Angels in the Kitchen for evening meals, so enjoy all the freedom of an apartment but no cooking or washing up thanks to the dishwasher. As I said ... Bliss!!!!
