WHERE IS IT?

Positioned in the heart of this beautiful Cornish former fishing village in a frontline waterfront setting overlooking Cawsand beach, 3 The Bay is a brand new contemporary apartment with superb sea views ideal for both romantic escapes and family holidays.

Situated on the Rame Peninsula, known as Cornwall's forgotten corner, Cawsand is a charming fishing village untouched by time. With its colourful wooden boats, shingle beach and woodland border, it is a popular destination for artists and those that wish to escape the crowds in this idyllic little bay. The crystal clear water here is often calm, perfect if you want to enjoy a morning dip, SUP or kayak. Kayaking and Stand up paddleboards can be hired on the beach.

Walk to Kingsand beach where colour washed cottages line the maze of narrow streets and where you will find quaint shops, art galleries and friendly pubs. For the more energetic Whitsand Bay is just over 5 miles away along the South West Coast Path. Leave the car behind in the underground car park and enjoy a day of city life, catch the Cawsand Ferry from the beach and enjoy a ride on the water before reaching Plymouth and its fantastic array of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. The ferry runs from Easter until the last Sunday in October.

INSIDE:

  • Open plan living space with kitchen, dining area and spectacular panoramic views over Cawsand Bay.
  • Sitting area with large corner sofa (sofa bed for two guests), armchair, pouffe, flat screen TV with Freeview, three coffee tables and bi-fold doors opening up onto your private balcony above the beach.
  • Fully equipped kitchen with an island, three breakfast stools, electric oven, grill and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
  • Dining area with a large wooden table, 5 Eames style chairs and a wooden bench seating up to eight guests.
  • Wi-fi.

SLEEPING:

  • Master bedroom with a super king size bed, chest of drawers, arm chair, bedside tables, lamps and magnificent sea views over Cawsand beach.
  • En-suite with large walk in rainfall shower, separate shower head, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
  • Second bedroom with super king size bed (can be made into two singles), bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers and door opening onto a small Juliet balcony.
  • En-suite with corner shower, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin.
  • Third bedroom with super king size bed (can be made into two singles), bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers and clothes rail.
  • Family bathroom with bath, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin.

OUTSIDE:

  • Large balcony with uninterrupted views over Cawsand beach and the ocean.
  • Two chairs and a coffee table on the balcony, watch the morning wild swimmers take a dip or enjoy a sundowner in the evening.
  • One allocated parking space in the underground car park.

NEED TO KNOW:

  • 1 small, well behaved dog welcome.
  • No smoking within the property.
  • Refundable damage deposit of £350, due with full balance.

  • No 3 The Bay was an absolutely fabulous place, Cawsand it self was so beautiful and the locals were all so friendly. As my husband is terminally ill the location of the Bay was just so perfect, he could sit on the balcony and still feel part of our children's fun on the beech. We were very blessed with such beautiful weather and the gentleman Will who greeted us on our arrival could not of done more for us. The restaurant officially opened during our stay and the owner Chris very kindly invited us to the opening evening.. I cannot thank the owners and community of cawsands for our truly wonderful and very memorable stay. If you want a piece of paradise in a very high spec apartment with amazing people, then book here.
