A fourth ground-floor bedroom has a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be made into a twin, plus an en-suite shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower and a WC. The fifth ground-floor bedroom a bunk bed with a single over a double and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower and a WC. Underfloor heating runs throughout. Outside, the balcony has rattan seating, two chairs and a coffee table, while the curved patio looks towards the ocean. The property also has shared gardens, two private parking spaces.
Widemouth Bay is a long, unspoilt stretch of sandy beach known for great surf and water sports, with lifeguard cover throughout summer. A beach café nearby serves brunch, lunch and coffee all day. Several pubs are within walking distance, and direct access to the coast path means miles of walking in either direction. Less than 3 miles away, Bude has a good range of restaurants and shops. Activities nearby include coasteering, surf and kitesurf lessons, stand-up paddleboarding, bike hire, canoeing and kayaking.
