Your Beach. Found – terms and conditions

Stay for a week, footsteps from your beach. Make the most of the beach community during your stay with a £250 voucher for an activity or restaurant of your choice, a local produce-filled Cornish Food Box delivered on arrival and a selection of bath and body products from our Cornish sister company land&water – all on us!

• This competition runs from 12.04.2026 and closes at 11.59pm on 30.09.2026.
• The prizes are as stated and are subject to availability.
• To enter the competition, take our Beach Match Quiz, complete our entry form, follow @beachretreats on Instagram or Facebook and “like” our competition post on either platform. For an extra entry, tag your friends and family in the comments of the competition post on Instagram or Facebook.  
• The winner will be chosen at random by Beach Retreats and is subject to all the specified entry requirements being met.
• The holiday location will be based on the results of the entrant’s beach match quiz.
• The winner will be contacted directly by Beach Retreats within 72 hours via the email address or telephone number they have provided. Please be aware of spam accounts; we will not ask for any payment details.
• Beach Retreats will liaise with the winner to find a suitable property for the holiday portion of the prize and to discuss options for the activity voucher.
• The holiday needs to be taken before the end of 2027 (and is subject to the property’s specific arrival day, excluding school holiday weeks defined by Beach Retreats and subject to availability).
• Beach Retreats booking terms and conditions apply and a refundable damage deposit or damage waiver will be applicable.
• The party details for the holiday need to be provided and the party size is not to exceed this.
• The Cornish Food Box hamper will be delivered to the holiday property.
• The land&water products can either be delivered to the winner’s home address or to the holiday property.
• If due to circumstances beyond their control, Beach Retreats is unable to provide the stated prize(s) in the stated location, they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
• Beach Retreats decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Beach Retreats reserves the right to end the competition early, cancel, suspend or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions where necessary.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
• The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• Transport is not included.
• All personal data submitted will be treated in accordance with UK GDPR and Beach Retreat’s Privacy Policy.
• By entering the competition, the entrant consents to the processing of personal data for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the competition and such data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• Beach Retreats will make available the surname and county of the winner to anyone who contacts Beach Retreats within 1 month of the closing date of the competition. If the winner objects to their surname and/or county of residence being published or made available, they should notify Beach Retreats of this when responding to the notification email to claim their prize. In such circumstances, Beach Retreats must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority where requested, to indicate that a valid award took place under the competition.
• This competition is open to entrants aged 18+, except employees of Beach Retreats or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. UK mainland residents only.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase required.
• This competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
