The position will deliver a high standard of changeover cleans, re-active and pro-active maintenance, managing a lull-time and part-time team, while meeting departmental budgets and targets, guest and owner expectations, and the continued growth of the portfolio.
We are looking for someone to join our team of area managers in the property services department to manage a growing portfolio of holiday lets. Key responsibilities include ensuring changeovers are undertaken in a timely manner to a high standard and to maintain each holiday let throughout the year.
We are looking to recruit a property services co-ordinator to help with maintenance in our property services team including changeover checks, liaising with guests and outside contractors to resolve maintenance issues as they arise.
