Bude town centre can be reached in under 15 minutes where guests will be spoilt for choice with its many restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes. Millbrook beach is the closest beach by foot, a 35 minute amble through pretty fields and woodland (don't forget your wellies).

• Family bathroom on the first floor with feature stand-alone roll-top bath with shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

• Two well behaved dogs are welcome (additional charge applies).
• Please bring a dog bed for your four-legged friend.
• Please be aware the staircase is steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
• Short breaks available outside of school holidays (Friday and Monday changeovers only).
• No smoking within the property or anywhere on the premises.
• Refundable damage deposit of £250, due with full balance.
