Where is it?
1 The Lookout is an end of terrace four bedroomed seafront retreat with incredible views of Widemouth Bay. Part of the brand new Black Rock development, this retreat is in a prime position to gaze out at the rugged coastal scenery.
Widemouth Bay features a long unspoilt stretch of sand beach and craggy cliffs. The bay is all about sense of space, with an expanse of sky above the endless horizon. This stretch of coastline, in Cornwall's Northern corner, is known for its great surf. With lifeguard cover throughout the summer season, Widemouth is a great spot for beginners and more seasoned surfers alike, and the bay has a relaxed vibe, with a handful of pubs and cafes.
Less than 3 miles away, the town of Bude is made up of eateries, shops and pastel painted beach huts. Listen to birdsong as you pedal boat along the canal, feel the exhilaration of bumpy trails and wind in your hair on the cycle paths, or wind down with a slow round of golf. It's all part of the charm of this seaside town. -

- A four bedroomed, four bathroomed retreat with spacious interiors and plenty of natural light.
- The property is over 2 floors however the bedroom levels are slightly staggered with several steps down to the bedrooms.
- Upstairs large living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area and WC, with two sets of doors leading out to a large balcony (12m) with sea views.
- Travel cot and highchair available.
- Underfloor heating throughout.
Sleeping:
- Ground floor master bedroom with sea view and en suite luxurious bathroom with separate shower, WC, basin and heated rail, door outside to the courtyard.
- Second ground floor bedroom with sea view, en suite shower, WC, heated rail and basin, door outside to the courtyard.
- Third ground floor bedroom with en suite shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
- Fourth ground floor bedroom with en suite shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

- Balcony with uninterrupted sea views.
- Two private parking spaces (if guests need more parking they will receive a reduced rate in the car park next door).
