Where Is It?

Watergate Bay is one of Cornwall's most contemporary destinations, with exceptional facilities including the Extreme Academy which offers a great range of adrenaline sports, great lifestyle shopping and the legendary Beach Hut. Throughout the year, a wide range of events are held in the bay, from surf competitions to beach polo as well as family fun days. The beach is famous for its sheer size and grandeur with almost three miles of perfect sand at low tide.

• Bright, sunny south facing living room with a large flat screen television with Freeview, comfortable sofa and chairs and a multi-fuel feature stove.
• French doors lead from the living room to the furnished patio area, garden and orchard.
• Dining area with table and chairs to seat six and lovely rural views on two sides.
• Separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
• Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
• Cloakroom with WC and basin.
• WiFi, pay phone, a selection of books and game, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, travel cot, high chair and CD/radio all provided.
• Central heating throughout.

Sleeping:

• Double bedroom with king size wrought iron bed, iPod/MP3 clock radio plus rural views.
• Twin bedroom with white wooden beds and garden views.
• Small single bedroom with rural views.
• Family bathroom with WC, basin and shower over the bath.

Outside:

• Large enclosed mature garden with lawn areas with bench table plus apple orchard.
• Upper sun deck which leads up from the garden with stunning sea and countryside views.

• Parking for 2/3 cars.

• Up to 2 dogs welcome (additional charge applies).
• Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
• No smoking within the property or anywhere on the premises.
