THE WALK TO THE BEACH?

A 5-minute walk down a peaceful road.


Where is it?

Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Casa Vista offers spectacular coastal views of Trevone Bay and magnificent clifftop walks. Set in the heart of the village, the beach is a short walk away.

Trevone has two sandy beaches which are popular with surfers, families and walkers. The wide golden beach is surrounded by high sea cliffs and sheltered coves, whereas the locally known Rocky beach, is scattered with hidden rockpools. At low tide a natural swimming pool appears. The cliffs to the north east of the beach provide fantastic walks and views to Hawkers Cove, the Camel Estuary and beyond.

For the more energetic, walk the coastal path to Padstow for fish and chips on the harbour from Rick Stein's or dine in style at Paul Ainsworth At Number 6.

  • First floor second bedroom with zip and link king size bed, two bedside tables, built-in wall length wardrobe and door leading out to spacious balcony with sea views.
  • Bedroom three is located on the first floor with king size bed, tray table, armchair, large built-in wardrobe, and sea views.
  • Fourth bedroom is on the top floor with single and truckle bed, bedside table, and chest of drawers.
  • First floor fifth bedroom with single bed, bedside drawers and chest of drawers.
  • First floor family bathroom with bath and separate shower head, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
  • Top floor bathroom with rainfall shower with separate head, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail and Velux window.

Outside:

  • Secluded rear patio area with cast iron coffee table, surf shower and airer for wetsuits.
  • Front patio area with bench seating and barbeque.
  • Spacious first floor balcony with outdoor furniture, fire pit with grill, and sea views.
