Where is it?
The Beach Haven is a modern, four bedroom property, on a quiet road just footsteps from the sheltered sands of Porth beach.
When children draw a seaside scene, they draw Porth. Streams, rockpools and caves beg to be explored, whilst a sweep of beach provides ample terrain for sandcastle building and sand-fairy making. Families, adventurers and explorers of all ages will lose hour after happy hour here.
A narrow wooden footbridge leads to Porth Island, a headland full of history. Watch in awe at mid tide, particularly on windy days, as the blow hole shoots rainbow sprays of water. Embrace the theatre of Porth Island any time of day or all year round, just wrap up warm and bring a camera to capture dramatic sunrises and storms alike.
Back down on the beach, melted ice cream drips down sides of candy cones and pizza is served at Porth's beachside eateries. Once you've soaked up the Porth scene, try heading towards Newquay's bays, up the coast path to Watergate, or towards the rolling cliffs of Mawgan Porth. -

- Large TV room on the ground floor with a large sofa and bean bags, a 75 inch smart TV with Netflix perfect for family movie nights.
- Utility room on the ground floor with washing machine, tumble dryer and basin.
- High speed fibre optic broadband with WiFi throughout the property.
- Travel cot and highchair available.

Sleeping:
- This retreat sleeps up to ten guests across four bedrooms.
- Master bedroom on the second floor with a king size bed, TV, freestanding wardrobe, sea glimpse and an ensuite with walk in shower, WC and basin.
- Second bedroom on the second floor with a king size bed, side tables and built in wardrobes.
- Third bedroom on the second floor with a chalet style bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top).
- Fourth room on the ground floor with a chalet style bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top), dresser and desk with two chairs. Please note there are no windows in this room.
- Garage converted into a games room with a double sofa bed which can be used for alternative sleeping arrangements.
- Family bathroom on the second floor featuring a bath, WC and basin.
- Family wet room on the ground floor featuring a walk in shower and WC.
Outside:
