WHERE IS IT?

Curlew is a brand-new detached house on a quiet road, with stunning uninterrupted views over Perranporth beach and the countryside. The house is perfectly located to give its guests a front row seat to Perranporth's dramatic sunsets and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The village centre, which backs onto the beach, is a classic seaside mix of cafes, shops, restaurants and ice cream parlours, tennis club and surf school. Perranporth golf club was recently voted Cornwall's 4th top club. Guests will also enjoy one of the UK's only pubs located directly on the beach - The Watering Hole.

Perranporth's central position within Cornwall means it's easy to explore the rest of the county; whether you venture west towards Land's End and St Ives or north to Watergate Bay, Fistral, Mawgan Porth and Padstow.

INSIDE:

  • A brand new, contemporary house, located at the bottom of a quiet road with awe-inspiring views out over countryside and the ocean.
  • Stylish reverse level accommodation with a large balcony and uniterrupted ocean views.
  • Spacious open place kitchen, diner and relaxed living area perfect for entertaining.
  • Wonderful sense of light and space with its triple sliding doors and large bay window.
  • Living space with wood burning stove, leather four seater sofa, chair, 42 inch Smart TV with Netflix, coffee table, mirror and glass sliding doors leading out onto the balcony.
  • Dining area with table, bench and four chairs, located next to the sliding doors, bringing the outside in.
  • Fully equipped kitchen with Neff oven, microwave/oven, electric ceramic hobs with extractor hood over, integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and Nesspresso coffee machine.
  • Utility room with washing machine and sink.

SLEEPING:

  • Beautifully decorated master bedroom with sea views, king size bed, chest of drawers, clothes hanger, bedside tables, lamp and door leading to the garden.
  • En-suite to the master bedroom with large rainfall shower, with a second hand help shower head, heated towel rail, wash basin and wc. 
  • Second bedroom sea views, double bed, double wardrobe, bedside table, wall length mirror and lamp. 
  • Third bedroom with bunk beds (only to be used by children) and chest of drawers.
  • Luxurious family bathroom with bath and shower over, heated towel rail, wash basin and wc.

OUTSIDE:

  • Private garden with uninterrupted views over the countryside and sea.
  • The fields in front of the house offer an extended garden to its guests, with a coast path leading down to Perranporth beach.
  • Large balcony accessible from the living room on the first floor with seating for four guests and far reaching ocean and country views.
  • Private parking for two vehicles.
  • Small storage box for beach gear.

NEED TO KNOW:

  • Two well behaved dogs welcome (additional charge applies).
  • No smoking within the property.
  • Refundable damage deposit and good behaviour bond of £300, due with full balance.
  • Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
  • Book a 3 or 5 night break and get an extra 2 nights free. This offer is only available after October half-term and before Easter, excluding school holidays. Only available to book by telephone on 01637 861005.
  • Please note that Curlew is in a residential area and best suited to family breaks. Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
