    5 Ocean Walk sits between green leafy trees and expansive ocean. A short walk from Perranporth Beach, this exclusive set of beach houses perfectly balances the serenity of a private living space with proximity to the lively beachfront and town.

    Perranporth is a quirky seaside town, with rows of colourful shopfronts and eateries lining the streets that meet the sandy beachfront. The large bay, with sloping sand dunes and invigorating surf, has rockpools galore for little feet to splash in and ample space for sandy paws to run freely. Tuck into fish and chips the classic way, adorned with salt, vinegar and mushy peas and topped off with a sunset view, or sip a glass of Chardonnay at The Watering Hole, Perranporth's al fresco beach eatery and the UK's only restaurant on a beach.

    Perranporth's central position on the North Cornwall coast makes it the perfect base for heading further afield, too. A short drive will take you to Newquay, where you'll find the surfer's paradise of Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay. Or head south for the more peaceful St Agnes, with its heritage coastline and unspoiled bays.
