Where is it?

Nestled above Mawgan Porth, Skyline combines contemporary coastal living with boutique interiors to create a space perfect for self-catering family holidays.

In just a five-minute walk, you'll find yourself on Mawgan Porth's golden sand and at the village centre with its perfectly formed mix of cafes, restaurants, pub, surf shops and surf school.

While it's tempting not to use your car during your stay, Watergate Bay and Newquay are all within a few miles drive to the west, while Padstow and the beaches at Porthcothan, Harlyn Bay and Trevone are nearby to the east.

Inside:

  • A spacious holiday let spread over two floors.
  • Walk into a large porch and hallway with coat hooks and a bench to take off your walking boots and store underneath.
  • On the first floor, walk left into the open plan living space or turn right for the bedrooms.
  • Light-filled living space with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors leading out to the balcony.
  • Sitting area with large comfy corner sofa, seperate three seater sofa and log burner. Magnificent views over Mawgan Porth and out to sea.
  • Contemporary dining area with long table and 14 chairs.
  • Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, double electric oven, microwave, built-in tall fridge with compartment freezer, dishwasher.
  • Washing machine and tumble dryer available in the garage with drying space for wetsuits.
  • Ground floor kids room with large corner sofa, 40" Smart TV, four giant bean bags, tennis table, four drinks tables, play house and door leading to spacious rear garden.
  • Travel cot, high chair and stair gates provided.

  • Utility cupboard with vaccum, iron and ironing board as well as mop and bucket.
  • Wash machine, tumble dryer and an additional fridge freezer available in the garage as well as drying space for wetsuits.

  • Spacious en-suite master bedroom with super king size bed, two bedside tables, wall-length built-in wardrobe, dressing table and stool and bi-folding doors opening on to sea views and the sound of the ocean.
  • En-suite with deep Jacuzzi bath, walk-in rainfall shower with separate head, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail and sea views.
  • Bedroom two with en-suite bathroom, king size bed, two bedside tables, wall-length built-in wardrobe and double doors which open to the sound of the ocean. Beautiful sea views.
  • En-suite bathroom with rainfall shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
  • Bedroom three with zip and link beds that can be made as either super king or twin, two bedside tables and garden views.

The house is beautiful, we had absolutely everything we could have needed (including buckets, spade, windbreaks and bodyboards). The beds were comfortable and there was so much space for the children to play, both inside and out.
