Where is it?

Seahorses is a two bedroom apartment in the Moonrakers development, perfectly placed in the centre of Mawgan Porth on the north Cornwall coast between Watergate Bay and Padstow. The deli, pub, surf school, fish restaurant, takeaway and a couple of beach side boutique shops are within a minute's walk, as well as the wide expanse of Mawgan Porth beach.

  • A two bedroom, ground floor apartment at Mawgan Porth's Moonrakers development, 200 metres from the beach.
  • Open plan living, kitchen and dining room with access to a south facing, private courtyard. Living space with large corner sofa, flat screen TV with Freeview, WiFi, coffee table and access to courtyard.
  • Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

Sleeping:

  • Master bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, single chair and access to courtyard.
  • En-suite shower room with WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
  • Second bedroom with two single beds, bed side table and lamp.
  • Family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, heated towel rail and wash basin.

  • One designated parking space plus additional guest parking.
  • Private south-facing decked terrace with table, corner sofa, two stools and chair.
