4 Mawgan Bay View (previously known as Bentley Sands) is a luxury coastal property on a brand new development, proudly overlooking the magnificent Mawgan Porth beach and Atlantic Ocean.

Mawgan Porth is a beach that gets it just right- a stretch of white sand, a swirling ocean and a handful of tasty eateries. Little feet can splash about in the trickling river and leave tiny footprints on the sand, perhaps joined by pawprints (as the beach is dog friendly all year round).

The beachfront street is dotted with shops, cafes and an activity centre, King Surf. Try your hand at mastering the waves or let off steam at the seasonal crazy golf and pitch and putt course, based near a historic Iron Age site.

If you fancy stretching your legs, take the steady amble up the South West coast path towards neighbouring Watergate Bay or Bedruthan Steps, where you can soak up spectacular panoramas. Padstow is a little further afield, 20 minutes away by car.

The Property

  • Third bedroom with superking size zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), bedside table, lamp, chair, chest of drawers and clothing hooks.
  • Family shower room on the ground floor with rainfall showed, extra shower head, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
  • Separate WC with wash basin and heated towel rail on the first floor.

Outside:

  • Balcony accessible from the lounge with a coffee table, the perfect spot to relax with a book.
  • Rear garden with picnic bench.
  • Outside hot shower for washing off sandy shoes and paws. Please note external access to surf shower is through the neighbours gate.
  • Two allocated parking spaces at the front of the development.

Need to Know

  • Two dogs welcome (additional charge applies).
  • Caution - the path from the car park to the property is flanked by a low wall and a 20 foot drop on the other side. Children and pets should be supervised at all times.
  • Access to 4 Mawgan Bay View is through the garden of the property next door.
  • Please note stairgates cannot be used in this property.
  • Sorry, no smoking in the property or anywhere on the premises.

Beautiful property in an amazing location, interior was of a high standard, beds very comfortable, bifold doors onto balcony is a lovely, amazing floor to ceiling window a great feature too.
Fabulous property, accommodating 6 people very comfortably Bring a torch to walk down the hill from Mawgan Porth as there is no street lighting. Restaurant, pub and fish and chip takeaway walkable in the village, all serving good food (booking essential). The lobster shack at the pig in St Merryn is also worth a visit, pricey but lovely atmosphere and dogs welcome. Would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves next year.
We loved the house, a really great space for everyone to spread out but still be together. Beautifully decorated & furnished. The village of Mawgan Porth was fantastic & the beach was perfect, we took the dog there every morning!
