Where Is It?

Perched on the headland at Fistral, 5 Pearl overlooks Newquay Golf Course, Fistral Bay and the coastline beyond with sea views from the both bedrooms and the open plan living space.

Pearl is a small collection of contemporary apartments perched on the headland just steps away form the South West Coast path and just 230 metres from Fistral beach, making it one of the closest apartments to the home of UK surfing. Along the water's edge, discover Rick Stein's Restaurant, The Fish House and The Stable along with surf fashion brands and a beach bar.

A short walk inland takes you to Newquay town with a range of surf brand shops, cinema, restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes.

  • Family bathroom with bath, overhead rainfall shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Outside:

  • 32ft. full-width south facing balcony with golf course and sea views out over Fistral and beyond, 3 seater wicker sofa, 2 reclining chairs with foot stools and coffee table.
  • Access to the shared surf store room, with lockable cage for safe storage of beach equipment and a shower for washing off sandy gear. Located on the ground floor.
  • Allocated parking space in the secure car park.

  • Please note that from 3rd October 2020 the changeover day will move to Saturdays
