Where is it?
Swell in Swanpool is a 4-bed contemporary detached property just 100m from Swanpool Beach. The sea views from the balcony, living room and bedrooms capture this closeness to the shore.
Time rolls at a slower pace at Swanpool Beach, a serene sand and shingle bay on the outskirts of Falmouth. Its adjoining lake is a Nature Reserve and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). The glassy clear water reflects the colour of the sky in the summer sun, the sheet of blue only breaking as you submerge into its icy water for a dip. Looking to get your heart pumping? Head to the beach's watersports center to try your hand at kayaking, dinghy sailing, windsurfing or coasteering.

- The cosy yet modern living space on the first floor features two 3 seater sofas, two armchairs, coffee table, side tables, a 42 inch TV and a door leading onto the balcony. The room is designed to make the best of the sea views from the large windows and fills with natural light.
- The large kitchen dining area on the first floor is perfect for entertaining large families, featuring a double oven, fridge freezer, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. The large dining table seats eight, ideal for all guests to tuck into a freshly cooked feast. The kitchen has views over the garden below.
- Utility room on the ground floor provides the necessities, with a washing machine, dryer and sink.
Sleeping:
- The stylish master bedroom on the first floor features a king bed, chest of drawers, dressing table two bedside tables, views of the ocean and doors with access onto the balcony. The room also leads to a separate dressing area and master ensuite featuring a bath with shower overhead, separate walk in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC.
- Second bedroom on the ground floor has calming neutral tones and features a king size bed, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, hanging rail, chair, sliding doors into the rear garden and access to the ensuite.
