Positioned in the heart of this beautiful Cornish former fishing village in a frontline waterfront setting overlooking Cawsand beach, 3 The Bay is a brand new contemporary apartment with superb sea views ideal for both romantic escapes and family holidays.

Masts and sails point skywards as boats bob in the harbour swell. Skimming stones bounce, barnacles fizz and ice-cream sticky fingers get washed in the lulling tide. Tucked into the Rame Peninsula, Cawsand is a rare treat-a charming fishing village and beach less frequented by the summer masses.

Amble the short distance to Kingsand beach right next door, or for the more energetic, the high cliffs and stretching sands of Whitsand Bay are just over five miles away along the South West Coast Path. Leave the car behind and hop aboard the Cawsand Ferry from the beach, listening to the clang of anchors and the squawk of seagulls as the boat chugs across to the Cornwall-Devon border to Plymouth, where the city's restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shops await. The ferry runs from Easter until the last Sunday in October.

Absolutely stunning location. Right on Cawsand beach. We could look sit on our balcony and watch the activities on the beach. The swimmers, paddle boarders, ferry , families. Next to a restaurant too!
Beautiful apartment with 3 king sized bedrooms and a good size lounge/diner/kitchen. Appliances were all Miele, good quality. Apartment was immaculately cleaned and housekeeper very helpful before arrival. Lovely views over the beach and Cawsand towards Plymouth Sound. Great walks around the area, twisting narrow local roads but navigable! Had a lovely stay
The Bay is a wonderful modern apartment with lovely views of the water. The Bay Restaurant is steps from your door with outdoor seating. The shoreline offers kayak and paddle board rentals and ferry rides to Plymouth daily. Neighboring Kingsand is nearby with additional amenities. Walks along the coastal path are breathtaking and just outside your door.
