Embrace the theatre of Porth Island any time of day or all year round, just wrap up warm and bring a camera to capture dramatic sunrises and storms alike.

Back down on the beach, melted strawberry ice cream drips down sides of candy cones and sizzling tapas is served at Porth's beachside eateries. Need to Know

  • Two well behaved dogs allowed.
  • Please note there is a seasonal dog ban on Porth beach between 10am to 6pm from 15 May to 30 September.
  • There is only one portable stairgate available, please be careful with small children.  
  • No smoking within the property.
  • Cautionary deposit of £500, due with full balance.
  • Parking for 2 cars. In secure garage and on driveway. Please be aware the driveway is steep, vehicles will need to be secured by handbrake. The garage may be unsuitable for particularly low vehicles due to the incline. Any additional cars must be parked off site.
  • There is a low banister at the top of the stairs, guests are advised to take extra care.

The property is well positioned and the facilities and equipment is to a high standard with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The walk to the beach is nice and easy, it's lovely to be so close to the beach and the surrounding areas where you can enjoy some walks.
Spotlessly clean, spacious, modern, stylish decor & lovely views. Perfect for beach walks & body boarding. Good walking access to Watergate & Newquay via coastal path - 30 mins.
