Property Management

You can trust us to look after your place with meticulous care, all year round. A supplementary service available in certain areas, our property management comprises seamless changeovers, pristine cleaning, winter maintenance and more. As the proud sister business of Watergate Bay Hotel, we know spotless when we see it. This commitment to cleanliness and comfort is why we recruit, employ and train all our own property management staff.

Reservations

We make customers feel looked after and listened to with our super-smooth and reliable booking process, pre-arrival support and post-stay feedback. And you can rest assured we never rely on online travel agents to boost our bookings. We quickly recognise what steps are needed to convert a potential enquiry into a letting during both peak and off-peak periods, making sure your space stays booked-up week after week, whatever the weather.
