Because of this, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve now secured a new property management unit in Hayle, just off the A30.  So from 2022 we will be able to offer our full changeover clean, maintenance, pre-arrival checks and on-call services for your holiday let in the following areas:

• St. Ives, Carbis Bay, Hayle and Gwithian
• Falmouth
• Porteath and Porthtowan

As the proud sister business of Watergate Bay Hotel, we know spotless when we see it. So, from the wi-fi speed to the wrinkle-free Egyptian cotton bedding, we’ll ensure your space exceeds expectations, everytime.

This unit will allow us to keep on top of everything, providing in-house cleaning, management, and maintenance to suitable properties in West Cornwall, including St Ives, Carbis Bay, Hayle and surrounding areas. We aim to give guests the five star experience and keep everything pristine for every stay, so having a new unit in the local area will only enhance the work we already do. 

Our housekeepers and maintenance team are employed by us at Beach Retreats, so we can ensure our high standards are maintained through every stage of managing your property. From vacant checks to linen, cleaning to call outs, we’ve got it all covered to ensure your property is cared for 365 days of the year.

Our dedicated team are on call 24/7 and being based in Hayle allows us to easily access properties in West Cornwall any day of the week, any time. Whether it’s taking meter readings, redirecting mail or creating content inventories, no task is too small for our property management team. They’re also adept at dealing with the big stuff – from building works to unexpected boiler break downs.
