This two bedroom house overlooks Mawgan Porth beach and the Atlantic Ocean, a coastal base for families and couples just a five minute walk from the sand. Mawgan Porth is a beach that gets it just right – a stretch of white sand, a swirling ocean, and dog friendly all year round. Little feet can splash about in the trickling river and leave tiny footprints on the sand, perhaps joined by pawprints.


Upstairs, the open plan living space has a vaulted ceiling and large bifold doors leading onto a balcony with sea views out to the Atlantic – perfect for a morning coffee or Cornish afternoon tea. The lounge has a comfortable three seater sofa, two armchairs, and a flat screen TV with Sky and Netflix (own log in required), a Roberts DAB Radio, and a screen sharing option for personal laptops. A large dining table seats six, and the kitchen includes a breakfast bar. On the ground floor, the master bedroom has a super king bed, wall mounted TV, and double doors leading out to the rear garden, with an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom offers a super king bed (convertible to two singles) with a truckle bed and double doors to the front patio. A family shower room completes the ground floor, while a separate WC sits on the first floor. A utility room houses a washer and dryer. Outside, the rear enclosed garden has a large picnic bench for alfresco dining and two sun loungers for soaking up Cornish sunshine. An outside hot shower is handy for washing off sandy shoes and paws, and two allocated parking spaces sit at the front of the development.


The beachfront street is dotted with shops, cafes, and a surfing school where you can try your hand at mastering the waves. Seasonal crazy golf and pitch and putt sit near a historic Iron Age site. To stretch your legs, take the steady amble up the South West Coast Path towards neighbouring Watergate Bay or Bedruthan Steps for far-reaching coastal views. Padstow is around 20 minutes away by car.
