This spacious holiday let, nestled above Mawgan Porth, is a great base for families and groups of up to ten, with sea views and the sand just a short walk away. Mawgan Porth is a beach that gets it right – a stretch of white sand, surfable waves, and a handful of eateries. The beach is dog-friendly, so four-legged friends can join in too.
Spread over two floors, a large porch and hallway offer space to kick off walking boots. The first-floor open-plan living space is light-filled, with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors leading out to a spacious balcony with views over Mawgan Porth and out to sea. A corner sofa and wood burner make for cosy evenings, while a long dining table seats ten. The kitchen sits alongside, and a study with desk space provides a quiet corner. On the ground floor, a children’s room with a sofa, a Smart TV, giant bean bags, and table tennis keeps younger guests entertained. Five beautiful bedrooms await each evening: a master super-king-size room with sea views and an en-suite bathroom, two flexible super-king-size bedrooms that convert to twins on request, and two king-size rooms – one with an en-suite shower room, the other with garden views. A ground-floor family bathroom features a shower over the bath. Outside, the sea-view balcony is furnished with a rattan sofa, charcoal BBQ, and a table with eight chairs. The enclosed rear garden has sun loungers and outdoor bean bags on a large terrace, plus an outdoor shower and secure storage for beach gear. There is on-street parking for two cars.
Stroll just 0.5 miles to Mawgan Porth Beach, where you can hit the waves and enjoy a round of crazy golf or pitch-and-putt. Join the South West Coast Path and head towards Watergate Bay (2.5 miles) or Bedruthan Steps (2 miles).
