Set within a development, it puts you close to Perranporth’s 3-mile beach, with the village’s cafes, restaurants, surf stores, takeaways and convenience shops also close at hand. 
 
Inside, the apartment is light, comfortable and arranged to make the most of the sea views. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has full-width windows and sliding patio doors framing the beach, with a four-seater sofa, beanbag and TV creating an inviting place to relax after time on the sand. The dining area has a round wooden table with four high-back chairs, while the kitchen includes a breakfast bar with four stools for easy breakfasts and evening drinks. The king-size master bedroom has a double wardrobe, a TV and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower and WC. The second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be arranged as a twin on request, along with a double wardrobe and TV. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC completes the accommodation. Double doors open from the living space to a covered patio with sea views, outdoor table and chairs, and access to the shared lawn area beyond. From here, a path leads down to the steps and onto the beach. Perranporth’s 3-mile beach is made for sandy days, surf lessons, shoreline paddles and long coastal walks, with the South West Coast Path leading towards St Agnes (4 miles) and Wheal Coates (6 miles). The town also has a golf club, riding school and a wide choice of places to eat and drink. For everyday essentials and relaxed meals out, a shop, pub and restaurant are all 0.5 miles away.
