This characterful granite stone property perches on the cliffs above Sennen Cove in West Cornwall – a paradise for families, surfers and coastal walkers seeking one of Britain's finest stretches of coastline. Inside, Mediterranean villa-style living sets the tone with country house stone walls and plenty of sitting areas to spread out. The grand living room features a large window seat framing the ocean and an open fireplace, while a dining sun room makes an ideal spot for breakfast. A secret snug offers a quieter retreat – perfect for a moment with a book or for children to enjoy a movie night. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, with an additional fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. Four bedrooms sleep seven – a super king master on the second floor with sea views and ensuite shower, a super king and a king on the first floor both with sea views, and a fourth room with a double bed suitable for one plus a baby crib. A family bathroom has a bath with shower, and a ground-floor wet room provides easy access from the pool. Outside, sprawling cliff-edge gardens surround the heated swimming pool – available May to September – with sun loungers, a day bed, parasol, barbecue and undercover dining space. A sauna overlooking the ocean and a cold plunge tub complete the outdoor offering. A private gate at the bottom of the garden leads onto the coast path and Sennen Cove, 200 metres away. Parking for three cars with a free-to-use EV charger.

Head south from Sennen Cove towards Land's End, just under 2 miles away, or north via Cot Valley to Cape Cornwall and beyond for scenic coastal walking. Surf schools in the area cater for complete beginners through to the more experienced. Nearby, discover the Minack Theatre and St Michael's Mount. St Ives is a short drive away, home to the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, with great shopping and a lively cafe and restaurant scene. Even closer is Mousehole, a pretty fishing village. In Sennen itself, cafes, pubs, fish and chip shops and art galleries line the shorefront.
