Gaze out across panoramic views from the furthest corners of Sennen all the way along past perfect waves and glittering ocean expanse, towards the iconic Gwynver Beach rock formations and the lighthouse out to sea. Enjoy direct access to the coast path towards Sennen Cove via a private gate.
Socialise and unwind
Discover the grand living room with a large central window seat which perfectly frames the ocean and an open fireplace. There’s a separate dining/sun room, the perfect spot for breakfast or an afternoon nibble. Sneak away to the snug room – a quieter spot away from the main space of the house, perfect for a moment alone with a book or for the children to have a movie night.
Feast
Cook in the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, electric oven, induction hob, fridge, Magimix Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and additional full size fridge/freezer in the utility.
Sleep
Discover four luxurious bedrooms, sleeping seven with sea views from almost every room. There’s a super king master bedroom on the second floor, with sea views from the slanted windows and an ensuite with a shower. A super king bedroom on the first floor with incredible sea views. A king size bedroom on the first floor with incredible sea views. A fourth bedroom with a double bed, only suitable for sleeping one, and a baby crib. There’s a family bathroom on the first floor with bath and shower overhead. Plus a wet room on the ground floor – easily accessible changing room from the swimming pool. Beach towels are supplied outside of this bathroom.
Bask
Whether reading, sunbathing, sipping your morning coffee or evening spritzer, North Rock’s garden has space for everyone. Take your pick of where to soak up the sun: poolside, cliffs-edge or nestled in a secret nook amongst the flowers. Swim laps of the heated swimming pool with sun loungers, a day bed, round table for six with a parasol, and barbecue. Please note the swimming pool is only usable from May to the end of September.
Revitalise with hot and cold therapy. Sweat it out in the sauna overlooking the ocean and feel invigorated in the cold plunge tub. You’ll also find a paved patio with benches, an undercover dining space with an additional dining table with six chairs and space to prep and serve up your barbecue – whether its fresh fish purchased from the fisherman down at the cove, grilled veg or burgers.
The lower level of the garden has breathtaking views where North Rocks meets the coastal path. There’s also a pretty lawned area at the rear of the house, with a greenhouse and a bistro table, and a tucked-away corner in the foliage with a table and chairs and parasol.
