This spacious beach house sits just 100 metres from Porth Beach in North Cornwall, offering five bedrooms and four bathrooms – perfect for large or multi-generation families, or two families sharing. Located at the end of a no-through road, it occupies a peaceful, almost traffic-free position yet is moments from the sand. Children will lose hour after happy hour exploring Porth's streams, rock pools and caves, while the sweep of beach provides ample terrain for sandcastle building.


Inside, a large open-plan living area combines lounge, dining, and kitchen spaces. The lounge has huge windows with sea views, a Smart TV, sound system with Bluetooth, and a flame-effect gas fire. A dining table on a raised dining space up some steps seats ten, and a spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine study with sea views and balcony access. The fully equipped kitchen features a wine fridge, American-style fridge/freezer with ice maker, and breakfast bar. A utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, and heated clothes airer. The first-floor master bedroom has a spectacular sea view, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and glass door onto a wide balcony. There are also three ground-floor bedrooms and two ground-floor bathrooms. Outside, a private, south-facing rear garden is terraced with upper and lower patio areas, a table seating ten, and a large gas BBQ. Porth Beach is on the doorstep, with Lusty Glaze Beach a short walk (200 metres) along the coast path. Several cafes, pubs, and shops are within easy reach. Watergate Bay (3.5 miles) is a lovely walk further along the coast path – a great destination for a cream tea. A narrow wooden footbridge leads to Porth Island, where a blowhole shoots rainbow sprays of water at mid-tide, and dramatic sunrises and storms provide year-round theatre. Newquay town (1 mile) is also walkable, mostly along the cliffs.
