Socialise and unwind
Living room with endless sea views and plentiful seating around a corner sofa, feature chairs and sofas. Features sliding doors to the outdoor deck. Cosy area to one end of the living room with original fireplace. There’s also a cinema room with large, comfortable seating and a cinema screen-sized TV.
Feast
Make the most of the covered outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, barbecue and large table to seat everyone for al-fresco dining. The indoor kitchen includes a breakfast bar and wine cooler. There’s a separate indoor dining room on the ground floor overlooking the sea.
Sleep
Discover four bedrooms on the first floor, all with sea views. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite featuring a freestanding copper bath and rainfall shower.Bedroom two and three have a double bed whilst bedroom four has a king. There’s a wet room with a rainfall shower, family bathroom with bath and handheld shower and separate WC, all on the first floor.
Bask
Unwind in the hot tub nestled amongst the sea grasses. Discover a large decking area with sun loungers, outdoor dining table and outdoor sofas. There’s a huge sunken firepit area and gate leading directly to the coast path.

The Beach House sits just above the sandy beach and roaring ocean of Mawgan Porth. Mawgan Porth is a beach that gets it just right- a stretch of white sand, a swirling ocean and a handful of tasty eateries. The beachfront street is dotted with shops, cafes and an activity centre, King Surf.
