A large sofa, chaise and feature Perspex armchair provide plenty of comfortable seating, alongside a 32-inch television with Sky HD, Sky Sports and movies, DVD and CD players, and fibre optic WiFi. An island dining unit seats four to six. The fully equipped kitchen has granite worktops and walnut cupboards, with a wine fridge among the highlights. Underfloor heating runs throughout. The master bedroom has a triple aspect bay window, king size bed, iPod docking station and television, with an ensuite shower room featuring a large rain shower and heated towel rail. The second bedroom offers a zip-and-link bed – configurable as a super king double or two singles – with its own iPod docking station and television. Its ensuite Jack and Jill bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and hallway, includes a shower over the bath and heated towel rail. An iron, ironing board, high chair, travel cot, hairdryer and selection of games are all included. Outside, extensive landscaped communal gardens offer lawns, seating areas and a barbecue area, while a communal surf shower is on hand for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Secure surf and beach kit storage is available, along with designated parking for one car. Please note there is no lift in the building, which is protected by a secure video entry system. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Untethered electric vehicle charging is available at £50 per car for stays up to seven nights – you will need to bring your own cable. A cautionary deposit of £100 is due with the full balance. No smoking is permitted within the property or anywhere on the premises.
Watergate Bay's two miles of sand are popular with families, couples and dogs alongside surfers and thrill seekers.
