This detached four-bedroom retreat sits in the pretty village of Trevone, with a picturesque beach just a short walk away through the village. Flanked by high sea cliffs, Trevone Bay is a more peaceful stretch of coast set in a national landscape. The soft fine sand and sheltered alcoves are ideal for soaking up the sea views, while gentle swells make the lifeguard-patrolled beach safe for swimming and paddling in the shallows. This is a quieter destination perfect for families, surfers, and walkers alike.
Inside, spacious living areas on the ground floor flow into the garden through bi-folding doors. The living space features plush sofas, a Smart TV, and a Swedish wood burner, while a separate dining room has a wooden table and a flame-effect gas fire. The well-appointed kitchen includes everything needed for a self-catered stay, plus a central island with three stools. A utility room houses a washer/dryer and a mini fridge. The master bedroom upstairs has a super-king-size bed with sea views, a separate dressing room with a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. A second bedroom offers a king-size bed and Juliette balcony, the third has twin beds and another Juliette balcony, and a fourth double bedroom sits on the ground floor. Two family shower rooms – one on each floor – have walk-in showers. Outside, a pretty garden provides cosy seating areas, a covered veranda with fairy lights, a swing set, an outdoor dining table, and a Weber charcoal BBQ. Private parking for three cars is also available.
Set out on the clifftops along the South West Coast Path, with many routes for hiking. A sea pool between Trevone and Harlyn Bay (3 miles) is revealed at low tide. Trevone is part of Cornwall's Seven Bays – an assortment of beaches each with its own character. Stretch your legs on a hike to Harlyn Bay or find the more peaceful sands of Treyarnon and Porthcothan (both within 4 miles).
