In the lounge area, two two-seater sofas, a feature armchair, coffee table, and Smart TV create a comfortable space to relax after days by the coast, with sliding patio doors leading out to the rooftop terrace. The kitchen/diner has a breakfast bar with three stools, plus an oak oval dining table with seating for six. The king-size master bedroom has marina views, a walk-in dressing area, and an en-suite shower room with a rainfall shower and WC. The second bedroom also enjoys marina views and has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be arranged as a twin on request. The third bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
