The private lift opens directly into the apartment, where the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has been arranged to make the most of the marina views. In the lounge area, two two-seater sofas, a feature armchair, coffee table, and Smart TV create a comfortable space to relax after days by the coast, with sliding patio doors leading out to the rooftop terrace. The kitchen/diner has a breakfast bar with three stools, plus an oak oval dining table with seating for six. The king-size master bedroom has marina views, a walk-in dressing area, and an en-suite shower room with a rainfall shower and WC. The second bedroom also enjoys marina views and has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be arranged as a twin on request. The third bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC completes the accommodation. Outside, the enclosed rooftop terrace overlooks the marina and has outdoor dining furniture, a sofa and chairs. Guests can also use the shared waterside area with bench seating and the shared slipway for launching paddleboards and kayaks. Please note that there are no safety measures at the water’s edge in the shared waterside area, so children must be supervised at all times. Private parking is provided for one car.
